| dc.description | Hari ini kita disuguhkan melalui berbagai media cetak, elektronik, dan sosial, sehingga radikal atau radikalisme begitu banyak diangkat, dikaji, dibahas, disajikan, sehingga terjadi polemik di kalangan masyarakat. Bukan dengan pendekatan hukum, tetapi dengan pendekatan sosial dan rasa, terminologi radikal dan radikalisme itu diidentikkan dengan Islam. Begitu juga dengan terminologi teror dan terosis, diidentikkan dengan Islam atau dengan orang-orang Islam. Padahal Islam sangat mengutuk perbuatan terror ataupun pemahamannya (terosisme).Kalau di dalam tradisi keislaman, ada sebuah kata mutiara yang cukup populer, “Siapa yang ingin bahagia di dunia (hidup enak, tertib) adalah dengan ilmu, siapa yang ingin bahagia di akhirat (selamat) adalah dengan ilmu, dan barang siapa yang menginginkan kebahagiaan di keduanya (dunia dan akhirat) adalah juga dengan ilmu.” | en_US |

Not with a legal approach, but with a social approach and taste, radical terminology and radicalism it is identified with Islam.
