Abstract

The cartel is regulated in Pasal 11 Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1999 concerning Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business regulating the production and or marketing of goods and or services, which may result in monopolistic practices And or unfair business competition. Unfair KPPU- of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition. The purpose of this aviation service industry according to Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1999, and to know Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 613 K/PDT.SUS/2011 concerning Cancellation of KPPU Decision Number 25 / KPPU- I / 2009 is in accordance with Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1999 concerning Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition. The research method is done by 2 (two) ways, library research and field research. Library research is still a theoretical research obtained through books, modules diktat-diktat, and general knowledge relevant to the title of the problem. Field research is a direct research conducted in practice in the field that is in Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha (Regional Representative Office in Medan). The result of the research shows that based on KPPU examination result, there is a price parallelism in some airlines, when the price of aviation fuel has decreased but the fuel surcharge still continues. Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 613 K/PDT.SUS/2011 concerning Cancellation of KPPU Decision Number 25 / KPPU-I / 2009 has been in accordance with the Undang-Undang Anti Monopoli Nomor 5 Tahun 1999
