Abstract: Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pemberian cendawan entomopatogen Beauveria bassiana terhadap jenis serangan hama serta pertumbuahan dan produksi tanaman kedelai. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan percoban Fakultas Pertanian. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Petak Terbagi (RPT) yang terdiri dari 2 faktor adalah waktu aplikasi cendawan entomopatogen B. bassiana yaitu : W0 = tanpa perlakuan, W1 = aplikasi 3 hari setelah tanam interval satu minggu; W2 = 1 MST, interval 1 minggu; W3= 2 MST, interval 1 minggu; W4 = 3 hari setelah tanam interval 2 minggu, W5 = 1 MST, interval 2 minggu; W6 = 2 MST, interval 2 minggu. Konsentrasi cendawan B. bassiana yaitu: D0 = 0 g/l air (tanpa perlakuan); D1 = 10 g/l air; D2= 20 g/l air; D3= 30 g/l air; D4= 40 g/l air; D5 = 50 g/l air; D6 = 60 g/l air. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 2 ulangan. Parameter pengamatan pada penelitian ini yaitu jenis dan persentase serangan hama, tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang produktif, jumlah polong per tanaman sampel dan bobot 100 biji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada jenis dan serangan hama waktu aplikasi dan konsentrasi B. bassiana tidak baerpengaruh nyata, begitu juga interaksi waktu dengan konsentrasi B. bassiana. Pada parameter tinggi tanaman waktu aplikasi tidak berpengaruh nyata tetapi pemberian konsentrasi B. bassiana pada umur 4 MST dan 5 MST berpengaruh sangat nyata pada tinggi tanaman kedelai. Pada parameter jumlah cabang produktif, waktu aplikasi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadabang jumlah cabang produktif tetapi pada pemberian konsentrasi B. bassiana berpengaruh sangat nyata pada perlakuan D6 yaitu 6,19. Pada parameter jumlah polong dan bobot 100 biji per plot perlakuan terbaik yaitu konsentrasi D6 sebesar 77,19 polong dan bobot 100 per plot yaitu 16,14 gram. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of beauveria bassiana entomopathogenic on the kinds and damage pests, growth and production of soybean.the study was conducted in the Experimental Field of the Faculty of Agriculture. The design used in this study is Split Plot Design (RPT) consisting of 2 factors. The first factor is the application time of entomopatogen Beauveria bassiana are W0 = No application, w1 = application 3 days after planted, interval of 1 week; w2 = 1 Mst, 1 week interval; w3 = 2 Mst, 1 week interval; w4 = 3 days after planted, interval of 2 weeks; w5 = 1 Mst, 2 weeks interval; w6 = 2 Mst, 2 weeks intervals. The second factor is the concentration of B. bassiana are D0 = 0 g/l control of water ( without application); D1 = 10 g/l water; D2 = 20 g/l water; D3 = 30 g/l water; D4 = 40 g/l water; D5 = 50 g/l water; D6 = 60 g/l water. This research was conducted with 2 replication. Observation parameters in this study were kinds and percentage of demage pests, plant height, number of productive branches, number of pods per sample plant and weight of 100 seeds. The results showed that kinds and percentage damage pests of the application time and concentration of B. bassiana had no significant effect, nor did the interaction of time and concentration of B. bassiana. At the parameters of plant height the application time had no significant effect but concentration of B. bassiana had a very significant effect at the age of 4 MST and 5 MST had a significant effect on soybean plant height. In the parameters of the number of productive branches, the time of application did not significantly affect the number of productive branches but in the administration of B. bassiana concentration it had a very significant effect on the D6 treatment of 6.19. in the parameters number of pods and weight of 100 seeds per plot the best treatment is concentration D6 of 77.19 pods and a weight of 100 seeds per plot is 16.14 grams.
