dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT.Reycom Document Solusi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Reycom Document Solusi divisi pengolahan data yang berjumlah 60 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Total Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan di PT Reycom Document Solusi Medan2) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan di PT Reycom Document Solusi Medan, 3) Kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasisecara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan di PT. Reycom Document Solusi Medan.Besarnya pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasiterhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan di PT Reycom Document Solusi Medan adalah sebesar 50,5% sedangkan sisanya 49,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Dari hasil penelitian disarankan manajemen perusahaan untuk berusaha meningkatkan aspek kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional karyawannya untuk meningkatkan aspek organizational citizenship behavior. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior on PT. Reycom Document Solusi employees. The population in this study was 60 employees of PT Reycom Document Solusi on data processing division with total sampling technique. The results showed that 1)There is a positive and significant effect between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior of employees in PT. Reycom Document Solusi Medan; 2)There is a positive and significant influence between organizational commitment to the organizational citizenship behavior of employees in PT. Reycom Document Solusi; 3)Job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on organizationl citizenship behavior on PT. Reycom Document Solusi Medan employees. The magnitude of the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior PT. Reycom Document Solusi Medan employess is 50,5%, while the remaining 49,5% is influenced by other factors outside the study. From the results of the study it is recommended for company management to try to improve aspects of job satisfaction and organizational commitment of employees to improve the aspects of organizational citizenship behavior.en_US
