Abstract: Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di KP. Berastagi/Balai Penelitian Tanaman Sayur (BALITSA) Kabupaten Tanah Karo, dengan ketinggian 1340 m dpl, topografi datar dengan jenis tanah Andisol, dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2018 sampai Januari 2019. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial, yang terdiri dari dua faktor perlakuan, yaitu : 1) Faktor pemberian zat penghambat tumbuh Paklobutrazol (notasi P) terdiri dari 3 taraf perlakuan, yakni : P0 = Kontrol (tanpa pemberian paklobutrazol); P1 = Pemberian Paklobutrazol dengan dosis 1,25 ml/l air; P2 = Pemberian Paklobutrazol dengan dosis 2,50 ml/l air, dan 2) Pemberian pupuk organik cair (POC) limbah kubis (notasi K) terdiri dari 3 taraf perlakuan, yakni : K0 = Kontrol (tanpa pemberian POC limbah kubis); K1 : Pemberian POC limbah kubis dengan dosis 25 %; K2 = Pemberian POC limbah kubis dengan dosis 50 %, masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 (tiga) kali. Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, warna daun, diameter batang, jumlah umbi dan produksi per plot. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini, yakni : 1) Pemberian Paklobutrazol berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah umbi dan bobot produksi tanaman kentang, tetapi berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap diameter batang dan warna daun, 2) Pemberian POC limbah kubis bepengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah umbi dan bobot produksi, berpengaruh nyata terhadap diameter batang, tetapi berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap warna daun, dan 3) Kombinasi antara pemberian Paklobutrazol dan POC limbah kubis berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap jumlah umbi dan bobot produksi, tetapi berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, warna daun dan diameter batang. This research was conducted at KP. Berastagi / Vegetable Crops Research Institute (BALITSA) of Tanah Karo Regency, with an altitude of 1340 m above sea level, flat topography with Andisol soil types, carried out in October 2018 to January 2019. This research was conducted using a factorial randomized block design (RBD) method, consisting of two treatment factors, namely: 1) The factor of administration of growth inhibitors Paklobutrazol (P notation) consisted of 3 levels of treatment, namely: P0 = Control (without administration of paklobutrazol ); P1 = Administration of Paklobutrazol at a dose of 1.25 ml / l of water; P2 = Provision of Paklobutrazol at a dose of 2.50 ml / l water, and 2) Provision of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) cabbage waste (notation K) consists of 3 levels of treatment, namely: K0 = Control (without administration of POC cabbage waste); K1: Giving cabbage waste POC at a dose of 25%; K2 = Giving cabbage waste POC at a dose of 50%, each treatment was repeated 3 (three) times. The parameters observed in this study were plant height, number of leaves, leaf color, stem diameter, number of tubers and production per plot. As for the results obtained from this study, namely: 1) Giving Paklobutrazol has a very significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, number of tubers and weight of potato plant production, but it has no significant effect on stem diameter and leaf color, 2) Giving POC cabbage waste has an influence very significant to plant height, number of leaves, number of tubers and production weight, significantly affect the diameter of the stem, but not significant effect on leaf color, and 3) The combination of administration of Paklobutrazol and POC cabbage waste has a very significant effect on the number of tubers and production weight, but no significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, leaf color and stem diameter
