Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan Iklim Organisasi dengan Komitmen Karyawan pada Sales PT.Tirta Medical Indonesia. Hipotesis subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah sales yang berjumlah 35 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Total Sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua skala, yaitu skala Iklim Organisasi dan skala Komitmen karyawan. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi Product Moment (rxy) hasil yang ditemukan sebesar 0.549 dengan P = 0,001< 0,050, artinya ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Iklim Organisasi dengan Komitmen karyawan yang menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi Iklim Organisasi, maka semakin tinggi Komitmen karyawan. Sebaliknya semakin rendah Iklim Organisasi, maka semakin rendah Komitmen karyawan. Adapun koefisien determinan dari korelasi tersebut sebesar r2 = 0,302. Iklim Organisasi memberikan sumbangan terhadap Komitmen Karyawan sebesar 30,2%. Hasil penelitian ini, sesuai antara hipotesis dengan hasil penelitian di lapangan. Dinyatakan hipotesis diterima. Iklim Organisasi dalam penelitian ini tergolong tinggi karena (mean empirik = 95,09< mean hipotetik = 82,5 dan SD = 7,519). Komitmen Karyawan tergolong tinggi, karena (mean empirik= 80,34< mean hipotetik = 72,5 dan SD = 5,349). his study aims to correlate organizational climate with employee commitment at PT.Tirta Medical Indonesia's sales. The hypothesis of the subjects in this study were sales of 35 people. The sample technique uses a total sampling technique. Data was conducted using two scales, namely the scale of organizational climate and scale of employee commitment. Data analysis using Product Correlation Moment (rxy) technique. The result is 0.549 with a value of P = 0.001 <0.050, which means that there is a positive relationship between organizational climate and significant employee commitment, which indicates that the higher the organizational climate, the higher the employee's commitment. Conversely, the lower the organizational climate, the lower employee commitment. The determinant of correlation r2 = 0.302. Organizational climate contributes to employee commitment by 30.2%. As a result, the hypothesis is consistent with research in this area. The hypothesis expressed is accepted. Organizational climate was considered high (empirical mean = 95.09 <hypothetical meaning = 82.5 and SD = 7.519). High employee commitment, because (empirical mean = 80.34 <hypothetical mean = 72.5 and SD = 5.349).
