Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Peternakan Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pelatihan dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Peternakan Medan. Penelitian di lakukan dengan angket yang disebarkan kepada 143 orang sampel yang terdiri dari pegawai Dinas Peternakan Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Asosiatif yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah pelatihan dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Peternakan Medan. This study aims to determine whether training and competence have a significant positive effect partially or simultaneously on the performance of the Medan Animal Husbandry Service staff. The research was conducted with a questionnaire distributed to 143 samples consisting of employees of the Medan Animal Husbandry Service. This type of research is associative research, namely research that aims to determine whether there is an effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results obtained from this study are training and competence have a significant positive effect partially and simultaneously on the performance of the staff of the Medan Animal Husbandry Service.
