Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Internet Addiction dengan Cyberbullying, mengetahui unsur demografi yang lebih menggambarkan Internet Addiction dan mengetahui platform favourite pada anggota komunitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anggota komunitas Mobile Legend Bang Bang (MLBB) Universitas Medan Area yang berjumlah 100 orang namun setelah dilakukan screening terhadap subjek, maka terdapat 47 orang yang mengalami kecanduan intenet kategori berat dan dinyatakan sebagai sampel yang sesuai dengan penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini analisis yang digunakan adalah uji analisis korelasi bivariate Pearson dimana dengan r=0,938>0,288 dengan koefisien signifikansi p=0,000<0,050 membuktikan terdapat hubungan Internet Addiction dengan Cyberbullying. Hasil lain yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Internet Addiction pada anggota komunitas Mobile Legend Bang Bang Universitas Medan Area terindikasi tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata empirik yang diperoleh yaitu 68,94 sedangkan Cyberbullying dengan nilai emprik yang diperoleh 83,64. Sumbangan efektif internet addiction terhadap cyberbullying adalah r2=0,880 yakni sebesar 88% dan selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya, seperti: adanya bullying tradisional, karakteristik kepribadian, persepsi terhadap korban, strain(ketegangan psikis), interaksi orang tua dan anak, pengalihan perasaan, pembalasan dendam, membuat perasaan menjadi lebih baik, rasa bosan, perlindungan, iri hati, mendapatkan persetujuan, mencari pesona baru, dan anonymity (rasa malu). The aim of this research was to know the correlation between Internet Addiction and Cyberbullying, to determine the demographic element that was better to describe about Internet Addiction and to find out the favorite platform of community members. The method used in this research was quantitative method. The subjects of this research were members of Mobile Legend Bang Bang (MLBB) community in University of Medan Area amounted to 100 members but after do the screening to subjects, then there were 47 members that become addicted to online games with high scores of Internet Addiction Test (IAT) that fulfill the criterias of the research. The analysis that used in this research was Pearson bivariate correlation analysis test which r = 0.938> 0.288 with a significance coefficient of p = 0.000 <0.050, that mean there was a correlation between Internet Addiction and Cyberbullying. Another result explained that Internet Addiction at MLBB community members in University of Medan Area was indicated as high with 68.94 empirical average value, while Cyberbullying with an empirical value was 83.64. The effective contribution of internet addiction to cyberbullying was r2 = 0.880, which was 88% and the other was influenced by other factors, such as: traditional bullying, personality characteristics, perceptions of victims, strains (psychological tension), parent-child interactions, distraction, revenge, making a better feeling, bored, protection, jealousy, getting approval, looking for new charms, and anonymity (shame).
