Perbedaan Perilaku Prososial Relevan Ditinjau Dari Tipe Kepribadian Ekstrovert dan Introvert Pada Organisasi Berkah Langit Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan perilaku prososial relawan ditinjau dari tipe kepribadian ekstrovert dan introvert. Skala yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah skala perilaku prososial dengan pengumpulan data yang menggunakan skala likert, dimana yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 65 relawan pada organisasi berkah langit Medan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Uji T-Test , maka dapat diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: Terdapat perbedaan perilaku prososial relawan antara tipe kepribadian ekstrovert dan introvert pada relawan di organisasi berkah langit Medan. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan Uji T-test = 6,236 dengan p < 0,05, yang artinya ada perbedaan perilaku prososial ditinjau dari tipe kepribadian ekstrovert dan introvert. maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa perilaku prososial relawan pada tipe kepribadian ekstrovert tinggi, sebab mean hipotiknya 100 lebih kecil dari pada mean empirik 127,03 dimana selisihnya melebihi nilai SD 12,108 dan perbedaan perilaku prososial pada tipe kepribadian introvert tergolong sedang sebab mean hipotetiknya 100 lebih kecil dari mean empirik 107,21, dimana selisihnya lebih dari nilai SD 13,486. Dari hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. This study aims to see differences in prosocial volunteering behavior in terms of the extrovert and introvert personality types. The scale used on this research is a scale of prosocial behavior with data collection using the Likert scale, which is the subject in this study were 65 volunteers at the Medan sky blessing organization. The data analysis method used in this study is the T-Test technique, so the following results can be obtained: there is a difference in prosocial volunteering behavior between extrovert and introvert personality types among volunteers in the blessing organization Medan. This result is evidenced by the T-test= 6.236 with p <0.05, which means that there are differences in prosocial behavior in terms of extrovert and introvert personality types, so it can be stated that prosocial volunteering behavior in extrovert personality types is high, because the mean mortgage is 100 less than at the empirical mean 127.03 where the difference exceeds the SD value of 12.108 and the difference in prosocial volunteering behavior in the introverted personality type is moderate because the hypothetical mean is 100 smaller the empirical mean 107.21, where the difference is more than the SD value of 13.486. Form the results of this study, the proposed hypothesis is accepted.
