Resiliensi Pada Ibu Positif HIV/Aids yang Juga Memiliki Anak Positif HIV di Kota Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti tentang resiliensi pada ibu positif HIV yang juga memiliki anak positif HIV di Kota Medan. Resiliensi adalah kemampuan untuk bertahan dan beradaptasi serta kapasitas manusia untuk menghadapi dan memecahkan masalah setelah mengalami kesengsaraan. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data wawancara dan observasi. Adapun jumlah responden adalah 3 orang yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria sebagai berikut: perempuan dengan HIV/AIDS berumur 28-40 tahun, berstatus telah menikah, dan memiliki anak positif HIV berumur 2-12 tahun. Dan informan dalam penelitian ini juga berjumlah 3 orang yang merupakan orang terdekat para responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis melalui wawancara dan observasi maka diketahui yang melatarbelakangi resiliensi pada ibu dengan positif HIV yang juga memiliki anak positif HIV untuk responden I adalah faktor I have, pada responden II faktor mempengaruhi yang paling dominan adalah I am dan I have, sedangkan pada responden III adalah I have. Lalu untuk aspekaspek resiliensi, yang dimiliki oleh responden I adalah otonomi dan industri, sedangkan pada responden II adalah kepercayaan dan otonomi, adapun aspek yang dimiliki responden III adalah otonomi dan inisiatif. Masalah ODHA yang dialami ketiga responden hampir serupa, pada responden I dan II adalah diskriminasi, isolasi, dan kekhawatiran, sedangkan masalah yang dihadapi responden III adalah kekhawatiran. Pada responden I tidak diketahui penyebabnya positif HIV, sedangkan pada responden II dan III mereka tertular dari suami mereka. Saat ini responden I dan responden III berada pada resiliensi tahapan recovery sedangkan responden II berada pada resiliensi tahapan thriving. This study examines the resilience of HIV positive mothers who also have HIV positive children in Medan. Resilience is the ability to survive and adapt as well as the human capacity to face and solve problems after adversity. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with interview and observation data collection techniques. The number of respondents was 3 people who were selected based on the following criteria: women with HIV / AIDS aged 28-40 years, are married, and have HIV positive children aged 2-12 years. And the informants in this study also amounted to 3 people who are the closest people to the respondents. Based on the results of the analysis through interviews and observations, it is known that the background of the resilience of HIVpositive mothers who also have HIV-positive children for respondent I is the I have factor, in respondent II the most dominant influencing factors are I am and I have, while in respondent III is I have. Then for the aspects of resilience, what respondent I has is autonomy and industry, while respondent II is trust and autonomy, while the aspects owned by respondent III are autonomy and initiative. The problems faced by PLHIV that were experienced by the three respondents were almost the same, among respondents I and II were discrimination, isolation and worry, while the problems faced by respondent III were worry. Respondent I did not know the cause of being HIV positive, while respondents II and III were infected by their husbands. Currently, respondent I and respondent III are in the resilience stage of the recovery stage, while respondent II is in the resilience of the thriving stage.
