dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara work family conflict dengan turnover intention pada karyawan wanita di PT. Pegadaian (Persero). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan wanita PT.Pegadaian (Persero) yang sudah menikah. Adapun jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 67 karyawan wanita dari populasi sebanyak 95 karyawan wanita. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Turnover Intention diukur dengan menggunakan Skala Turnover Intention yang diukur dari 27 item yang valid (α = 0,843), sedangkan Work Family Conflict diukur dengan menggunakan Skala Work Family Conflict yang diukur dari 27 item yang valid (α = 0,830). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan koefisien korelasi rxy 0,647 dengan signifikansi p = 0,000 berarti p < 0,05. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan peneliti yaitu terdapat hubungan positif antara work family conflict dengan turnover intention dapat diterima. Nilai koefisien korelasi positif menunjukan bahwa arah hubungan kedua variabel adalah positif, artinya semakin tinggi work family conflict maka semakin tinggi juga turnover intention pada karyawan wanita. Work family conflict memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 41,8% kepada turnover intention dan selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. This study aims to determine the relationship between work family conflict with turnover intention in female employees at PT. Pegadaian (Persero). The sample in this study were female employees of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) who were married. The number of samples in this study were 67 female employees from a population of 95 female employees. Methods of data collection using purposive sampling techniques. Turnover Intention measured using the Turnover Intention Scale measured from 27 valid items (α = 0.843), while the Work Family Conflict is measured using the Work Family Conflict Scale measured from 27 valid items (α = 0.830). The results of this study indicate the correlation coefficient rxy 0, 647 with a significance of p = 0,000 means p <0.05. These results indicate that the hypothesis proposed by researchers that there is a positive relationship between work family conflict with turnover intention can be accepted. The value of the positive correlation coefficient indicates that the direction of the relationship between the two variables is positive, meaning that the higher the work family conflict, the higher the turnover intention for female employees. Work family conflict provides an effective contribution of 41,8% to turnover intention and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.en_US
