dc.description.abstractPada era globalisasi saat ini industri kuliner di Indonesia kini menjadi salah satu industri yang berperan penting dalam perkembangan ekonomi Negara. Bersama dengan industri kerajinan, dan wisata kuliner menjadi bagian dalam pengembangan pariwisata lokal. Pada saat ini industri kuliner banyak ditemukan diberbagai wilayah Indonnesia dengan banyak jenis olahan makanan yang disajikan sesuai selera dan sumber daya alam yang ada. Dengan mengandalkan sumberdaya alam yang ada menjadi salah satu peluang bagi industri kuliner untuk mejalankan usahanya. Tujuan Penelitian ini aadalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Persepsi kualitas produk, lokasi dan Word Of Mouth Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen studi pada Awan pencake strawberry kec. Berastagi kab. Deli serdang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif yaitu suatu penelitian yang bersifat menanyakan hubungan antara dua variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang toko awan Pancake strawberry kec. Berastagi kab. Deli serdang sebanyak 248 orang koonsumen dan dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling, maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 153 responden dengan teknik analisis linear berganda menggunakan SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kualitas produk, lokasi dan word of mouth secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada awan pancake strawberry kec. Berastagi kab. Deli serdang. Dan persepsi kualitas produk, lokasi dan word of mouth secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada awan pancake strawberry kec. Berastagi kab. Deli serdang. In the current era of globalization the culinary industry in Indonesia has now become one of the industries that play an important role in the development of the country’s economy. Together with the handicraft industry, culinary tourism is part of the development of local tourism. At this time many culinary industries are found in various regions of Indonesia with many types of processed foods that are served according to taste and natural resources available. By relying on existing natural resources, it becomes one of the opportunities for the culinary industry to run its business. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perception of product quality, location and Word of Mouth on Consumer Purchase Interest in studies on the awan pancake strawberry kec. Berastagi Kab. Deli Serdang. This type of research is associative, which is a study that asks the relationship between two variables. The population in this study were all consumers who shop the Awan Pancake Strawberry kec. Berastagi Kab. Deli serdang as many as 248 consumers and using random sampling techniques, the number of samples in this study were 153 respondents with multiple linear analysis techniques using SPSS 21. The results of this study showed that the perception of product quality, location and word of mouth partially had a positive effect and significant on consumer buying interest in the strawberry kec pancake cloud. Berastagi district. Deli Serdang. And perceptions of product quality, location and word of mouth simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest in the awan pancake strawberry kec. Berastagi Kab.
