Pengaruh Return on Equity (ROE) Dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) Terhadap harga Saham Pada PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk Periode 2016-2018

Abstract

Harga saham sangat ditentukan dari penawaran dan permintaan akan saham itu sendiri. Semakin banyak orang yang membeli saham maka harga saham cenderung bergerak naik dan sebaliknya semakin banyak orang yang menjual sahamnya maka harga saham cenderung bergerak turun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh Retrun on Equity(ROE) dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) terhadap harga saham. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Perusahaan makanan dan Komponen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016-2018. Penilaian kinerja keuangan suatu perusahaan merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan oleh para calon investor untuk mengambil keputusan berinvestasi pada suatu perusahaan. Hasil pengukuran kinerja keuangan sangat penting bagi investor, karena hal tersebut akan menjadi referensi utama bagi investor untuk mendapatkan dividen atas investasi yang di tanamkan. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Makanan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016-2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang disediakan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan website resmi perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil pengukuran rasio keuangan terhadap harga saham periode 2016-2018 dengan Uji T menunjukkan bahwa rasio keuangan Profitabilitas ROE dan NPM mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham.Begitu juga dengan uji F menunjukkan bahwa rasio profitabilitas ROE dan NPM mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. The share price is very determined by the price and demand for the stock itself. The more people who buy shares, the price moves up and vice versa the more people who sell their shares, the stock price moves up. The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of Retrun on Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on stock prices. This research was conducted at food companies and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period of 2016-2018. Assessment of a company's financial performance is one way that potential investors can do to make investment decisions in a company. The results of financial valuations are very important for investors, because this will be a reference for investors to get dividends on investments that are invested. The object of this research is a food company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2018 period. This study uses secondary data provided by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the company's official website. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative method. Based on the results of this study indicate the results of the calculation of financial ratios to stock prices for the period 2016-2018 with the T Test shows the financial ratios of Profitability ROE and NPM have a positive and significant effect on stock prices. a positive and significant effect on stock prices.
