Pengaruh Upah dan Masa Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja Karyawan Bagian Produksi Pada PT. Mazuma Agro Indonesia Kabupaten Padang Lawas

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai oleh penulis dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Upah berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja pada PT. Mazuma Agro Indonesia Kabupaten Padang Lawas, apakah Masa Kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja pada PT. Mazuma Agro Indonesia Kabupaten Padang Lawas, serta apakah Upah dan Masa Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja pada PT. Mazuma Agro Indonesia Kabupaten Padang Lawas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah beberapa karyawan PT. Mazuma Agro Indonesia Kabupaten Padang Lawas yang berjumlah 200 orang, dengan pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebesar 67 orang. Adapun teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan yaitu Teknis analisis data, Uji Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Asumsi Klasik dan Uji Hipotesis yaitu Uji t (Parsial), Uji f (Simultan) dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diperoleh bahwa variabel Upah (X1) kurang berpengaruh dan Masa Kerja (X2), berpengaruh terhadap variabel Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja (Y) pada Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja, dengan hasil uji t diperoleh hasil untuk variabel Upah diperoleh nilai thitung < ttabel (-1.424 < 1,667) dengan tingkat signifikansi .159 > 0,05 dan untuk variabel Masa Kerja diperoleh thitung > ttabel (1,981 > 1,667) dengan tingkat signifikan .052 > 0,05 dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor (Upah dan Masa Kerja) secara parsial kurang berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja PT. Mazuma Agro Indonesia Kabupaten Padang Lawas dan uji F diperoleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (2,866 > 3,13), dengan hipotesis H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Upah (X1) dan variabel Masa Kerja (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja (Y). The research objective to be achieved by the authors of this study is to find out whether wages are related in part to Labor Productivity at PT. Mazuma Agro Indonesia, Padang Lawas Regency, does the Work Period require partial workforce productivity at PT. Mazuma Agro Indonesia Padang Lawas Regency, as well as Simultaneous Wages and Work Periods related to Labor Productivity at PT. Mazuma Agro Indonesia Padang Lawas Regency. The population in this study were several employees of PT. Mazuma Agro Indonesia Padang Lawas Regency which captured 200 people, taking 67 samples. The data analysis techniques used are technical analysis of data, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Test namely t Test (Partial), Test f (Simultaneous) and Coefficient of Determination (R2). Based on the results of the study it can be obtained that the Wage variable (X1) is less influential and the Working Period (X2), influential on the Labor Productivity variable (Y) on Labor Productivity, with the t test results obtained results for the Wage variable obtained the t value <ttable (- 1,424 <1,667) with a significance level of .159> 0.05 and for the length of service variable obtained tcount> ttable (1,981> 1,667) with a significant level of .052> 0.05 it can be concluded that the factors (Wages and Years of Service) are partially less influential on Labor Productivity of PT. Mazuma Agro Indonesia Padang Lawas Regency and F test obtained value of Fcount> Ftable (2,866> 3,13), with hypothesis H_0 rejected and H_1 accepted so it can be concluded that the Wage variable (X1) and Working Period variable (X2) simultaneously affect Productivity Labor (Y).
