Menurut Crider (2003) karakteristik antara locus of control internal, dan locus of control external. Konflik peran pada Locus Of Control Eksternal tergolong tinggi sebab nilai rata-rata empiric 77.19 dual role conflict among female employees in terms of locus of control at PT Golden Victory Source. Subjects in this study were 57 female employees who were married at PT Golden Victory Source, using a total sampling technique. Data collection is done by the scale method (measuring) role conflict arranged based on aspects of the dual role conflict of women working according to Kopelman (in Apollo and Cahyadi, 2012) including: Childcare aspects, Domestic work assistance, Communication and interaction with children and husband , Time for family, Determine priorities, Career pressure, Family pressure, And the husband's view of women's dual role. According to Crider (2003) characteristics between internal locus of control, and external locus of control. The statistical method used in this study is 1 Path Variance Analysis. The results showed that: there were differences in role conflict between internal locus of control and external locus of control. This is known by looking at the value or coefficient of difference (F = 16.137; P = 0.000 <0.05). Based on the calculation of the average value of hypothetical and empirical, it can be concluded that the role conflict is classified as moderate with an average hypothetical value of 87.5 and empiric of 90.21. Role conflict in Internal Locus of Control is moderate with a hypothetical mean value of 65 with an empiric average value of 65.17. Role conflict in External Locus of Control is relatively high because the empirical average value is 77.19.
