dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya kompetensi komunikasi pimpinan dalam memberikan kepuasan kerja kepada karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi komunikasi pimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian korelasional. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket. Populasi penelitian adalah sejumlah 75 orang. Karena populasinya 75 orang maka seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh kompetensi komunikasi pimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan sebesar 0,658 yang berarti pengaruh kompetensi komunikasi pimpinan adalah signifikan. Sedangkan besarnya pengaruh ditunjukkan dari hasil uji determinan sebesar 43%. Dengan demikian, dapat dikatakan kepuasan kerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi komunikasi pimpinan sebesar 43%, dan sisanya 57% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. This research is motivated by the importance of leadership competency in providing job satisfaction to employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of leadership communication competencies on employee job satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative approach with correlational research methods. The statistical test used is the Pearson Product Moment correlation. The technique of collecting data is done by distributing questionnaires. The study population was 75 people. Because the population is 75 people, the entire population is sampled. The result of this study indicate that there is an influence of leadership communication competence on employee job satisfaction of 0.658 which means that the influence of leaderhip communication competence is significant. While the magnitude of influence is shown from the determinant test results by 43%. Thuts, it can be said that employee job satisfaction is influenced by the leadership competence of 43%, and the remaining 57% is influenced by other factors. | en_US |
