dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai bulan Juli 2019 sampai dengan Oktober 2019 di Laboratorium Kultur Jaringan Growth Centre Jalan Pantura, Medan. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Faktorial terdiri dari 2 faktor perlakuan, yaitu : 1) Pemberian Air Kelapa dengan notasi (A) terdiri dari 4 taraf, yaitu : A1 = kontrol (tanpa air kelapa); A2 = 10 ml/l; A3 = 20 ml/l; A4 = 30 ml/l, dan 2) Pemberian IBA dengan notasi (B) terdiri dari 4 taraf, yaitu : B0 = Kontrol Positif (Benzyl Amino Purine) 3 mlg/l; B1 = 1 mlg/l; B2 = 3 mlg/l; B3 = 5 mg/media Ms, sehingga diperoleh 16 kombinasi perlakuan dan masing-masing kombinasi perlakuan diulang sebanyak 2 kali. Adapun parameter yang diamati adalah jumlah tunas, jumlah daun, tinggi tanaman, awal munculnya akar, jumlah akar dan panjang akar. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan, sebagai berikut : 1) Pemberian air kelapa bepengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah tunas, awal munculnya akar, jumlah akar dan panjang akar, tetapi berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap jumlah daun dan tinggi tanaman. Dalam hal ini, pemberian air kelapa sebanyak 10 ml dapat merangsang terbentuknya akar lebih cepat (3,81 hari), jumlah akar lebih banyak (3,41 buah) dan akar lebih panjang (1,71 cm); 2) Pemberian IBA berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun, tetapi berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap jumlah tunas, tinggi tanaman, awal munculnya akar, jumlah akar dan panjang akar. Pemberian IBA dengan konsentrasi 1 mg/l (B1) dapat meningkatkan jumlah daun sebanyak 3,84 helai; dan 3) Interaksi antara pemberian air kelapa dengan IBA berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap jumlah tunas, jumlah daun, tinggi tanaman, awal munculnya akar, jumlah akar dan panjang akar. This research was conducted from the month july 2019 with to October 2019 in the Tissue Culture Laboratory Growth Centre on the road Pantura, Medan. The design used in this study is Completely Randomized Design (CRD) Factorial consists of 2 treatment factor, namely : 1) Giving Coconut Water with a notation (A) consists of 4 levels namely: A1 = control (without coconut water) ; A2 =10ml/l; A3 = 20 ml/l; A4 = 30 ml/l,and 2) Awarding IBA with notation (B) consists of 4 levels namely : B0 = Positive Control (Benzyl Amino Purine) 3 mg/l media Ms ; B1 = 1 mg/l; B2 = 3 mg/l Ms; B3 = 5 mg/l , in order to obtain 16 treatment combinations and each treatment combination was repeated 2 times. The parameters observed were the number of shoots, number of leaves, plant height, early emergence of roots, number of roots and root length. From the results of this study, the following conclusions can be drawn : 1) Provision of coconut water has a significant effect on the number of shoots, initial emergence of roots, number of roots and length of roots, tetapi berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap jumlah daun dan tinggi tanaman In this case, giving coconut water as much as 10 ml can stimulate the formation of roots faster(3,81 day), greater number of roots (3.41 pieces) and roots are longer (1,71 cm); 2) Giving IBA has a significant effect on the number of leaves, but had no significant effect on the number of shoots, plant height, early emergence of roots, number of roots and root length. Giving IBA with a concentration of 1 mg/l (B1) can increase the number of leaves by as much3.84 strands; and 3) The interaction between giving coconut water and IBA had no significant effect on the number of shoots number of leaves, plant height, early emergence of roots, number of roots and root length.en_US
