dc.description.abstract | Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikan (0,05). Hasil penelitia ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, dengan nilai signifikan 0,001 kurang dari 0,05. Variabel kepercayaan pelanggan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Dengan nilai signifikan 0,002 kurang dari 0,05. Dengan itu kepuasan pelanggan dan kepercayaan pelanggan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, denga nilai signifikan 0,004 kurang dari 0,05. The research method used is multiple linear regression with a significant level (0.05). The results of this study indicate that customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty, with a significant value of 0.001 less than 0.05. The variable of customer trust significantly influences customer loyalty. With a significant value of 0.002 less than 0.05. With that customer satisfaction and customer trust significantly influence customer loyalty, with a significant value of 0.004 less than 0.05. | en_US |
