dc.description.abstractTujuan penulisan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Gaya Komunikasi Pemimpin terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Citilink Banda Aceh, disini akan mengetahui Gaya Komunkasi Pemimpin terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Citilink Banda Aceh.Dimana banyak indikator yang dapat mengetahui Gaya KLomunikasi Dengan melihat beberapa indikator untuk menentukan keberhasilan kinerja yaitu: Planning (Perencanaan), Organizing (Organisasi), Actuating (Tindakan/aksi), dan Controlling (Pengawasan), masalah yang dihadapi merupakan kesiapan para anggota yang akan diuji dengan mengevaluasi perannya, dengan metode penelitian deksriptif kualitatif, lokasi penelitian dilakukan di kantor Citylink Banda Aceh, teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Gaya Komunkasi Pemimpin terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Citilink Banda Aceh baik. This study aims to determine how the leadership communication style to the employee performance of Citilink Banda Aceh, here will find out the communication style of the leader on the performance of Citilink Banda Aceh employees. Where many indicators can determine the style of communication.By looking at several indicators to determine the success of performance, namely: Planning (Planning), Organizing (Organization), Actuating (Action / action), and Controlling (Supervision), the problem faced is the readiness of human resources to be tested by evaluating their role, in this study using a qualitative descriptive method, the research location was carried out in Banda Aceh Citylink office, data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation, it can be concluded that the Leader Communication Style on the Performance of Citilink Banda Aceh Employees is good.en_US
