Abstract: The problem in this study is the character of caring for the environment and creativity of children aged 5-6 years, who are less developed in kindergarten. This study produced a book with a creative art model in playing three-dimensional collages to enhance environmental care and creativity of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten. The method used is research and development carried out in four stages called 4D (define, design, develop, disseminate). In this research, the books compiled have been validated by experts and then tested for use in kindergartens. The study population was students of Group B TKIT Bunayya 7 consisting of 40 children. A large sample of 10 children were taken randomly divided into two groups, namely groups that were given conventional treatment and groups that were treated with creative art models in playing three-dimensional collages. Data is collected through observation sheets to measure the characters' environmental care and children's creativity. Pretest and posttest are used to measure changes in the character of caring for the environment and creativity of children. From the results of this study it can be seen that the development of a teacher's guide book playing a three-dimensional collage of used materials in the creative art model can help the development of children's environmental care character which is shown by an increase from before and after treatment namely for the development of environmental care characters by 52.84% increase after the treatment became 83%. Whereas for the development of a three-dimensional collage teacher's guide book using used materials in the creative art model can help the development of children's creativity as indicated by an increase from before and after treatment namely for the development of creativity by 47% increase after treatment to 79%. Data analysis to measure the effectiveness of the creative art playbook model of collage used materials to improve environmental character and creativity, using percentages and paired sample t test statistics. Statistical results from paired sample t test showed that there was a significant difference (2-tailed) <0.05, then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. That is, there is a difference between the pretest and posttest treatments. This study concludes that the use of creative art models can enhance the character of caring for the environment and creativity of children. Thus it is recommended that creative art models in playing three-dimensional collages use used materials as an alternative in developing environmental care and character of children's creativity in kindergarden. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah karakter peduli lingkungan dan kreativitas anak usia 5-6 tahun, yang kurang berkembang di Taman Kanak-Kanak. Penelitian ini menghasilkan buku dengan model creative art dalam bermain kolase tiga dimensi untuk meningkatkan karakter peduli lingkungan dan kreativitas anak usia 5-6 tahun di Taman Kanak-Kanak. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan (research and development) yang dilaksanakan dalam empat tahap yang dinamakan 4D (define, design, develop, disseminate). Dalam penelitian in, buku yang disusun telah divalidasi oleh ahli dan kemudian dilakukan uji coba penggunaanya di Taman Kanak-Kanak. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelompok B TKIT Bunayya 7 yang terdiri dari 40 orang anak. Besar sampel 10 orang anak yang diambil secara random yang dibagi dalam dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok yang diberi perlakuan konvensional dan kelompok yang diberi perlakuan model creative art dalam bermain kolase tiga dimensi. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi untuk mengukur karakter peduli lingkungan dan kreativitas anak. Pretes dan posttes digunakan untuk mengukur perubahan karakter peduli lingkungan dan kreativitas anak. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa pengembangan buku panduan guru bermain kolase tiga dimensi bahan bekas dalam model creative art dapat membantu perkembangan karakter peduli lingkungan anak dengan peningkatan dari sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan yakni untuk perkembangan karakter peduli lingkungan sebesar 52,84% meningkat setelah perlakuan menjadi 83% . Sedangkan untuk pengembangan buku panduan guru bermain kolase tiga dimensi menggunakan bahan bekas dalam model creative art dapat membantu perkembangan kreativitas anak yang ditunjukkan peningkatan dari sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan yakni untuk perkembangan kreativitas sebesar 47% meningkat setelah perlakuan menjadi 79%. Analisis data untuk mengukur keefektifan buku panduan model creative art bermain kolase bahan bekas untuk meningkatkan karakter peduli lingkungan dan kreativitas, menggunakan persentase dan statistik paired sample t test. Hasil statistik paired sample t test menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan (2-tailed) < 0,05,maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Yaitu ada perbedaan antara perlakuan pada saat pretes dan posttes. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model creative art dapat meningkatkan karakter peduli lingkungan dan kreativitas anak Dengan demikian disarankan agar model creative art dalam bermain kolase tiga dimensi menggunakan bahan bekas sebagai alternative dalam menggembangkan karakter peduli lingkungan dan kreativitas anak di Taman Kanak-Kanak.
