Pengaruh Disiplin dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Lingkungan Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Langkat

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much the influence of Discipline and Motivation on the Performance of Civil Servants in the Langkat District Parliament Secretariat and aims to determine and analyze the implementation of Discipline and Motivation in the Langkat Regency DPRD Secretariat. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample respondents in this study were the Secretary of the Langkat Regency DPRD, the Head of the General Section, the Head of the Minutes and the Head of the Legal Department and the entire staff of the Langkat Regency DPRD Secretariat, totaling a total of 50 people / respondents. The results showed that Discipline and Motivation had a significant influence partially on the Work Performance of Civil Servants in the Langkat District Parliament Secretariat. In addition Discipline and Motivation have a significant simultaneous effect simultaneously on the Performance of Civil Servants in the Langkat District Parliament Secretariat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Disiplin dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Langkat serta bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pelaksanaan Disiplin dan Motivasi di Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Langkat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif. Renponden Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Sekretaris DPRD Kabupaten Langkat, Kepala Bagian Umum, Kepala Bagian Risalah dan Kepala Bagian Hukum serta seluruh Staf Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Langkat yang ditotal keseluruhan berjumlah 50 orang/responden. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Disiplin dan Motivasi memiliki pengaruh signifkan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Langkat. Selain itu Disiplin dan Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan secara serempak (simultan) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Langkat.
