Peranan Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) dalam Perencanaan Pembangunan Desa di Desa Bandar Kalipa Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang

Abstract

Village development planning is a very important thing, because of the development palnning of this is the development direction of the village. The aspirations of the community in the process of village development planning is very necessary, therefore has become the obligation of the Government of the village to accommodate the aspirations of the community in the process of development planning in the village. Aspiration can be accommodated by means of Village Consultative Body (BPD), because basically the Village Consultative Body (BPD) is a means for the village to channel their aspirations in order to assist the Government in the process of village planning development in the village. The research method used in this research is qualitative research method, where in the process of collecting data is done through observation, interview, and documentation study on informants that are considered potentially to provide information about the role of Village Consultative Body (BPD) in the development planning process in Village Bandar Klippa. From the results of research that has been done, the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in the village of Bandar Klippa had done their job properly and function as a partner of the head of the village and also to hold and transmit the aspirations of society so as to create the desired development planning by the community. But the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in the village of Bandar Klippa less active to come directly absorb and collect the aspirations of the community.
