dc.description.abstractTeknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik total sampling. Model Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala yaitu skala iklim sekolah, skala self esteem dan skala subjective well being. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda.
