dc.description.abstract | Every organization wants to achieve the goals they have set, the existence of employees is certainly a major factor that greatly affects the achievement of organizational goals. It is important for every organization, company, and agency to pay attention to the performance of its employees. This study aims to determine the effect of the Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Langkat District Education Office, to determine the effect of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Langkat District Education Office, and to find out how the Work Environment and Organizational Culture in the Langkat District Education Office. The theory used in this research is Work Environment Theory, Organizational Culture Theory and Employee Performance Theory. Respondents in this study were Civil Servants at the Langkat District Education Office. From the questionnaire that was distributed, the researchers found that the work environment in the Langkat District Education Office had an influence on employee performance and its a significant influence. Organizational culture in the Langkat District Education Office has an influence on employee performance, but the effect is not significant. Setiap organisasi ingin mencapai tujuan yang sudah mereka tetapkan, keberadaan pegawai tentunya menjadi faktor utama yang sangat mempengaruhi pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Penting bagi setiap organisasi, perusahaan, maupun instansi untuk memperhatikan kinerja dari pegawai pegawainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Langkat. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Langkat. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana Lingkungan Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Langkat. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori Lingkungan Kerja, Teori Budaya Organisasi dan Teori Kinerja Pegawai. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Langkat. Dari kuesioner yang telah disebarkan peneliti menemukan Lingkungan kerja di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Langkat mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dan pengaruhnya signifikan. Budaya Organisasi di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Langkat mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, akan tetapi pengaruhnya tidaklah signifikan. | en_US |
