Abstract: | Kesenjangan terjadi dari segi waktu maupun tuntutan-tuntutan lainnya yang diajukan oleh pemohon kepada UPT Pajak di Kecamatan Rantau Selamat. Antara lain Pelayanan balik nama Wajib Pajak yang dirasakan sangat memakan waktu yang lama dan banyaknya tumpang tindih nama Wajib Pajak terhadap Objek Pajak yang sama. Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Pemerintah Kecamatan Rantau Selamat dalam rangka meningkatkan Penerimaan Pajak Bumi Dan Bangunan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah, maka tujuan yang ingin dicapai melalui penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kualitas pelayanan publik Kecamatan Rantau Selamat Kabupaten Aceh Timur dalam rangka meningkatkan Penerimaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan maka kesimpulannya adalah kualitas pelayanan publik pada Kantor Kecamatan Rantau Selamat Kabupaten Aceh Timur yang diukur dari lima aspek, yaitu reliabilitas, responsivenes, assurance, emphaty dan tangibles secara umum masih tergolong dalam kategori sedang atau baik. Gaps occur in terms of time and other demands filed by the applicant to the Tax Unit in the District Rantau Selamat. Among other Services Taxpayer reverse which is felt very long time and the number of overlapping Taxpayer's name against the same Tax Object. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the Quality of Public Service Rantau District Government Congratulations in order to increase the Acceptance of Land and Building Tax and the factors that influence it. Based on the background of the problem, the goal to be achieved through this research is to analyze the quality of public service Rantau Selamat District of East Aceh District in order to increase the Land and Building Tax Revenue (PBB) and analyze the factors that influence it. This research uses quantitative descriptive method. Based on the results of research and discussion, the conclusion is the quality of public service at the Rantau Selamat District Office of East Aceh Regency, which is measured from five aspects, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty and tangibles in general still belong to medium or good category. |
