dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan variabel desain produk dan citra merek dengan loyalitas pelanggan di Raihan Bakery & Cake Shop Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 1015 yang diambil dari pelanggan yang benar-benar loyal terhadap Raihan Bakery & Cake Shop Medan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik random sampling berjumlah 115 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket desain produk dan citra merek loyalitas pelanggan yang telah valid dan reliabel. Penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Analisis Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Tidak ada hubungan Rx1-y = 37,224 dari desain produk dengan loyalitas pelanggan di Raihan Bakery & Cake Shop Medan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan thitung= 1,574 < ttabel = 1,985 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,171 > 0,05. (2) Ada hubungan Rx2-y = 0,276 yang positif dari citra merel dengan loyalitas pelanggan di Raihan Bakery & Cake Shop Medan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan thitung= 5,105> ttabel = 1,985 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000< 0,05. (3) Ada hubungan Rx1.x2-y = 0,094 yang positif dari desain produk dan citra merek dengan loyalitas pelanggan di Raihan Bakery & Cake Shop Medan. Dan dari output diperoleh koefisien determinan (R2) sebesar 0,307 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. This study aims to determine the relationship between product design variables and brand image with customer loyalty at Raihan Bakery & Cake Shop Medan. The population in this study was 1015 taken from customers who were truly loyal to Raihan Bakery & Cake Shop Medan. The study used a quantitative approach and sampling in this study with a purposive sampling technique totaling 100 people. The instrument used is a product design questionnaire and customer loyalty brand image that has been valid and reliable. The study was analyzed using Multiple Analysis test. The results showed that: (1) There was no relationship between Rx1-y = 37,224 from product design with customer loyalty at Raihan Bakery & Cake Shop Medan. This is indicated by thitung = 1.574 <t table = 1.985 and a significance value of 0.171 > 0.05. (2) There is a positive Rx2-y = 0.307 relationship from the merel image with customer loyalty at Raihan Bakery & Cake Shop Medan. This is indicated by thitung = 5.105> t table = 1.985 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. (3) There is a positive relationship between Rx1.x2-y = 0.094 from product design and brand image with customer loyalty at Raihan Bakery & Cake Shop Medan. And from the output obtained the determinant coefficient (R2) of 0.307 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. | en_US |
