dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja konselor pada LPT Grahita Indonesia di Banten, untuk mengetahui pengaruh profesionalisme konselor terhadap kepuasan kerja konselor pada LPT Grahita Indonesia di Banten dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat kerja dan profesionalisme konselor secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja konselor pada LPT Grahita Indonesia di Banten. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pegawai LPT Grahita Indonesia di Banten sebanyak 50 orang. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel minat kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja konselor pada LPT Grahita Indonesia di Banten. Semakin tinggi minat kerja dapat menyebabkan maka kepuasan kerja konselor juga semakin tinggi, dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,301. Artinya bahwa setiap peningkatan bobot minat kerja sebesar 1 satuan akan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,301 satuan. Sebaliknya semakin rendah minat kerja maka kepuasan kerja konselor juga semakin rendah. Variabel profesionalisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja konselor pada LPT Grahita Indonesia di Banten. Semakin tinggi profesionalisme dapat menyebabkan maka kepuasan kerja konselor juga semakin tinggi, dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,335. Artinya bahwa setiap peningkatan bobot profesionalisme sebesar 1 satuan akan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,335 satuan. Sebaliknya semakin rendah profesionalisme konselor maka kepuasan kerja konselor juga semakin rendah. Variabel minat kerja dan profesionalisme secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja konselor pada LPT Grahita Indonesia di Banten. Sebesar 84,10 % variasi kepuasan kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel minat kerja dan profesionalisme, sedangkan sisanya 15,90 % lagi dijelaskan oleh faktor lain, yaitu seperti variabel kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja. This study aims to determine the effect of work interest affect the job satisfaction of counselors at Grahita Indonesia LPT in Banten, to determine the effect of counselor professionalism on counselor job satisfaction on Grahita Indonesia LPT in Banten and to determine the effect of work interest and professionalism of counselors simultaneously on job satisfaction of counselors at Grahita Indonesia LPT in Banten. This research is a quantitative research. The subjects of this study were 50 employees of Grahita Indonesia LPT in Banten. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variable work interest had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of counselors at Grahita Indonesia LPT in Banten. The higher work interest can cause the job satisfaction of counselors also higher, with a regression coefficient of 0.301. This means that each increase in the weight of work interest by 1 unit will increase job satisfaction by 0.301 units. Conversely the lower the interest in work, the job satisfaction of counselors is also lower. The variable of professionalism has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of counselors in Grahita Indonesia LPT in Banten. The higher the professionalism can cause, the higher the job satisfaction of counselors, with a regression coefficient of 0.335. This means that each increase in professionalism weights by 1 unit will increase job satisfaction by 0.335 units. Conversely the lower the professionalism of the counselor the job satisfaction of counselors is also lower. Variables of work interest and professionalism simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of counselors at Grahita Indonesia LPT in Banten. 84.10% of variations in job satisfaction can be explained by variables of work interest and professionalism, while the remaining 15.90% are explained by other factors, such as compensation and work environment variables. | en_US |
