dc.description.abstract | Jetro Lumbanbatu, "Analisis Tata Niaga Biji Kopi Arabika di Kecamatan Lintongnihuta Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan Provinsi Sumatera utara". Dibawah bimbingan Prof. Dr. Ir. Retno Astuti K,MS dan Dr. Ir.Tumpal HS Siregar, Dipl, Agr. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis saluran tata niaga kopi arabika, shore margin setiap saluran dan efisiensi tata niaga kopi di daerah penelitian, untuk mengetahui pelaku tata ruaga kopi dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah tata niaga di lokasi penelitian. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan padabulan April s/d Mei tahun 2018. Penentuan lokasi penelitian dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling yaitu secara sengaja, pengambilan sample desa dilakukan dengan cluster sampling yaitu membagi desa menurut jarak ke ibu kota kecamatan dan dipilih secara random, sedangkan untuk sampel lembaga pemasarill yaitu dengan cara menelusuri penjualan dan pembelian kopi mulai dari petani sampai kepada pedagang bubuk. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan bantuan tabulasi sederhana, rumus margin tata niaga, rumus share biaya, share profit dan rumus efisiensi tata niaga. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa terdapat tiga saluran tata niaga di lokasi penelitian yaitu: - Saluran 1 : Petani - pedagang pengumpul desa - pedagang besar - pedagangbubuk, - Saluran 2 : Petani - pedagang besar - pedagang bubuk - Saluran 3 : Petani - pedagang bubuk. Kopi yang dijual oleh petani ke pedagang pengumpul didesa adalah kopi biji dan kopi yang dipasarkan oleh pedagang besar adalah kopi beras/asalan yaitu kopi biji yang kulit tanduk dan kulit arinya sudah dipisahkan melalui proses. Profit tataniaga saluran I sebesar Rp. 121.840,-/kg dengan share margin sebesar 69,62 o/o, saluran 2 sebesar Rp. 121.500,-lkg, dengan share margin sebesar 69,43 %, dan pada saluran 3 sebesar Rp. I13.900,-/kg dengan sebesar 65,09 %. Nilai efisiensi tata niaga kopi di lokasi penelitian berturut-turut adalah sebagai baerikut: saluran 1 sebesar 10,38 Yo, saluran 2 sebesar 10,57 oh dan saluran 3 sebesar 9,20 yo. Saluran tataniaga terbaik ditinjau dari tingkat efisiensi tataniaga terendah (9,20 %) adalah saluran 3 dengan keuntungan petani sebesar Rp 6.300,- /kg dan pedagang bubuk sebesar Rp 107.600,-/kg. The purpose of the resesrch wos to analyze the distribution of Arabica coffee, level the efficiency and its share margin in the research area, in order to know the problem encountered'snd the effierts done in handling the marketing problem in the research area. This researchwas conducted in 2018 The determination of research area/location taken by using the method of purposive sampling, that is ettentionaly taken. Sample determination in the rural area is taken by using the method of cluster sompling, that is dividing each village bqsed on the distance ronge to the capital of district and choosen rondomly, where as for the sample of distribution taken by using the method of observation on buying and salling the coffie started from the farmer until powder trqder. The method of analysis used in this research was dercriptive method by presenting simple tabulation, the formula of marketing margin, the formula of financial shore, theformula of profit sltare and fficiency of marketingformula. From the results of the study concluded that there are three trading channels in the research location, namely: - Channel I t farmers - village collectors - wholesalers - powder traders, - Channel 2 : farmers - wholesalers - powder traders - Chonnel 3 : farmers - powder traders. The coffie sold by the farmer and the collector in the village are seed while the coffie distributed by the trader and are unskinned seeds, in which the skin ofthe coffee (seed) had already been taken apast by special process. The profits of the first distribution is Rp. l2l.840,Jkg with share margin 69,62 ,k the second distribution is Rp I 21 .500,Jkg with share margin 69,43 %. and the third distribution is Rp. I 13.900,-/kgwith share margin 65,09 %. The fficiency value of the coffee trading system in the study locations was asfollows: channel I was 10,38%, channel 2 was 10,570% and channel 3 was 9,20ok. The best trading channel in terms of the lowest trading fficiency level (9,20%) is channel 3 with the profit offormers of Rp 6.300, - / kg and powder traders of Rp 107.600, - / kg. | en_US |
