Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan antara komitmen organisasi, kualitas kehidupan kerja secara bersamaan dengan kinerja karyawaan di PT. Kaltimex Energy Medan. Sampel penelitian diambil melalui teknik total sampling sebesar 83 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala komitmen organisasi, kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi berganda dengan hasil sebagai berikut: 1) ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara komitmen organisasi dengan kinerja karyawan, dengan rxy = 0,588 dan p < 0,05 dengan sumbangan efektif 34,6%. 2) ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan, dengan rxy = 0,634 dan p < 0,05 dengan sumbangan efektif 40,1%. 3) ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara komitmen organisasi dan kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan di PT. Kaltimex Energy Medan, dimana rxy = 0,657 dan p <0,05 dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 43,2%. Hal ini berarti semakin baik komitmen organisasi dan kualitas kehidupan kerja maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin meningkat. Sebaliknya, jika komitmen organisasi dan kualitas kehidupan kerja buruk, maka kinerja karyawan akan menurun. The purpose of this study was to see the relationship between organizational commitment, quality of work life simultaneously with employee performance at PT. Kaltimex Energy Medan. The research sample was taken through a total sampling technique of 83 employees. Data collection methods use the scale of organizational commitment, quality of work life and employee performance. The data analysis technique uses multiple correlation analysis with the following results: 1) there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance, with rxy = 0.588 and p <0.05 with an effective contribution of 34.6%. 2) there is a significant positive relationship between the quality of work life and employee performance, with rxy = 0.634 and p <0.05 with an effective contribution of 40.1%. 3) there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational commitment and the quality of work life with the performance of employees at PT. Medan Kaltimex Energy, where rxy = 0.657 and p <0.05 with an effective contribution of 43.2%. This means that the better organizational commitment and quality of work life, the employee's performance will increase. Conversely, if organizational commitment and quality of life are poor, then employee performance will decline.
