Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan signifikan antara: (1) efikasi diri dengan asertivitas; (2) perencanaan karir dengan asertivitas; (3) efikasi diri dan perencanaan karir dengan asertivitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMK Negeri 1 Pergetteng Getteng Sengkut sebanyak 572 siswa dengan sampel 140 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik proportionate Random Sampling. Metode kuisioner dipergunakan untuk mengumpulkan data tentang efikasi diri, perencanaan karir dan asertivitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan analisi data, hipotesis penelitian yang diperoleh pada a = 5 % adalah: (1) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan asertivitas dimana koefisien Rx1y = 0,615 dan koefisien determinannya (R2) = 0,378; (2) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara perencanaan karir dengan asertivitas dimana Rx2y = 0,423 dan koefisien determinannya (R2) = 0,179; (3) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dan perencanaan karir dengan asertivitas dmana Rx1x2y = 0,646 dan koefisien determinannya (R2) = 0,418, sumbangan efektif yang diberikan efikasi diri dan perencanaan karir dengan asertivitas adalah sebesar 41,8%. Sementara masih terdapat 58,2% hubungan faktor lain diluar predikator yang tidak dikaji dalam penelitian ini. Hasil perhitungan mean hipotetik dan mean empirik yang diperoleh efikasi diri, perencanaan karir dan asertivitas kategori tinggi.Untuk peneliti selanjutnya agar dapat meneliti asertivitas dengan menggunakan variabel predikator lainnya. This study aims to determine the significant relationship between: (1) self-efficacy with assertiveness; (2) career planning with assertiveness; (3) self-efficacy and career planning with assertiveness. The population in this study were all students of SMK Negeri 1 Pergetteng getteng Sengkut as many as 572 students with a sample of 140 students. Sampling using proportionate random sampling method. Questionnaire method is used to collect data about self-efficacy, career planning and assertiveness. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis method. Based on data analysis, the research hypothesis obtained at a = 5% is: (1) there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and assertiveness where the coefficient Rx1y = 0.615 and the determinant coefficient (R2) = 0.378; (2) there is a significant relationship between career planning and assertiveness where Rx2y = 0.423 and the determinant coefficient (R2) = 0.179; (3) there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and career planning with assertiveness where Rx1x2y = 0.646 and its determinant coefficient (R2) = 0.418, the effective contribution given by self-efficacy and career planning with assertiveness is 41.8%. While there are still 58.2% of the relationships of other factors outside of the predicators that are not examined in this study. The results of the calculation of the mean hypothetical and empirical mean obtained by self-efficacy, career planning and high category assertiveness. For the next researcher to be able to examine assertiveness by using other predicator variables.
