Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial dengan stress belajar siswa SMK Negeri 1 Siantar bidang keahlian teknologi informasi dan komunikasi kabupaten Simalungun tahun pelajaran 2017-2018. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah studi kasus deskriptif dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 596 siswa, tehnik pengambilan sampel secara non-probabilitas dengan metode total sampling berdasarkan hasil skrining total sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 46 siswa. Skala penelitian yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti memiliki reliabilitas skala efikasi diri α=0;918 skala dukungan sosial α=0;842 skala stress belajar α=0,946. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial mempunyai hubungan negatif yang signifikan terhadap stress belajar siswa SMK Negeri 1 Siantar bidang keahlian teknologi informasi dan komunikasi kabupaten Simalungun tahun pelajaran 2017-2018 dan secara simultan memberikan konstribusi terhadap stress belajar sebesar 36 %, sumbangan efektif efikasi diri terhadap stres belajar 9,1%, sumbangan efektif dukungan sosial terhadap stres belajar 7,6%. Koefisien korelasi (r x1x2y= -0,378; p=0,001; p<0,005); koefisien korelasi (r x1y=-0,269; p=0,000; p<0,005); koefisen korelasi (r x2y=-0,239; p=0,000; p<0,005). Hal ini berarti apabila siswa memiliki efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial yang tinggi maka stres belajar akan rendah begitu pula sebaliknya apabila efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial rendah maka stres belajar siswa akan tinggi. Analisis terpisah dilakukan dengan membandingkan mean hipotetik dan mean empirik dengan standart deviasi (SD) ditemukan bahwa siswa SMK Negeri 1 Sisntar memiliki stres belajar tinggi, efikasi diri rendah dan dukungan sosial rendah. This research aims to know the relationship of social support and self efficacy with learning stress on students of Vocational High School 1 Siantar of Information and Communication Technologies in Simalungun Regency host 2017-2018. The method used in this research was Descriptive case studies research with total population of 596 students, non-probability sampling techniques with total sampling method based on the results of total screening samples in this case amounted to 46 students. The scale of the research developed by researchers has a reliability scale of self-efficacy α = 0; 918 scale of social support α = 0; 842 scale of learning stress α = 0,946. The results showed that self-efficacy and social support had a significant negative relationship to student learning stress on students of Vocational High School 1 Siantar of Information and Communication Technologies in Simalungun Regency and simultaneously contributing to learning stress by 36%, the effective contribution of self-efficacy to learning stress was 9.1%, the effective contribution of social support to learning stress was 7.6%. Correlation coefficient (r x1x2y=-0,378; p=0,001; p<0,005); correlation coefficient (r x1y=-0,269; p=0,000; p<0,005); correlation coefficient (r x2y=-0,239; p=0,000; p<0,005). that means if students have high self-efficacy and social support, the stress of learning will be low as well if self-efficacy and social support is low so the student's learning stress will be high. Separate analysis was conducted by comparing the mean of hypothetical and empirical mean with standard deviation (SD). It was found that students of SMK Negeri 1 Siantar had high learning stress, low self-efficacy and low social support.
