dc.description.abstract | Dalam rangka mencapai visi, misi dan tujuan pemerintahan yang telah ditetapkan bersama, diperlukan kondisi yang kondusif dan keharmonisan antar instansi pemerintah, antara pegawai yang satu dengan yang lain, yang masing-masing mempunyai peran yang cukup besar dalam mencapai tujuan pemerintahan dimaksud. Pegawai merupakan salah satu tenaga pemerintahan yang mempunyai peran penting sebagai factor penentu keberhasilan tujuan organisasi, karena pegawai langsung bersinggungan dengan masyarakat untuk memberikan pelayanan. Untuk itu kinerja para pegawai harus selalu ditingkatkan. Pegawai Negeri Sipil merupakan pegawai yang telah memenuhi kriteria yang telah ditetapkan melalui penseleksian terlebih dahulu, kemudian diangkat oleh pejabat berwenang dan diserahi tugas dalam suatu jabatan serta digaji berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Pegawai Negeri Sipil memiliki peranan penting selaku ujung tombak penggerak organisasi untuk mewujudkan tujuan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan sebagai abdi negara dan abdi masyarakat dengan mencurahkan pikiran, tenaga, hati, kemampuan sertak reativitas dan inovasinya. In order to achieve the vision, mission and objectives of the government that have been set together, conducive conditions and harmony are needed between government agencies, between one employee and another, each of whom has a fairly large role in achieving the said governmental goals. Employees are one of the government personnel who have an important role as a determining factor for the success of organizational goals, because employees directly intersect with the community to provide services. For this reason, the performance of employees must always be improved. Civil servants are employees who have met the criteria that have been determined through prior selection, then are appointed by an authorized official and assigned to a position and are paid according to the prevailing laws and regulations. Civil servants have an important role as the spearhead of the organisation's driving force to realize the goals of governance as state servants and public servants by devoting their minds, energy, hearts, abilities as well as their creativity and innovation. | en_US |
