Pengaruh Efikasi Diri dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Sekolah Taman Kanak-Kanak di Kecamatan Medan Area

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melihat pengaruh efikasi diri dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru sekolah Taman Kanak-kanak di Kecamatan Medan Area. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 99 orang yang merupakan guru-guru dari 42 Taman Kanak-kanak di Kecamatan Medan Area. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: 1). Ada pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kinerja guru Taman Kanak-kanak di Kecamatan Medan Area. 2). Ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru Taman Kanak-kanak di Kecamatan Medan Area. 3). Ada pengaruh efikasi diri dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru Taman Kanak-kanak di Kecamatan Medan Area. Guna membuktikan hipotesis tersebut digunakan rumus Analisis Regresi Dua Prediktor yaitu Analisis data kuantitatif pada penelitian ini dan uji hipotesis penelitian dimana yang menjadi prediktor pertama (variabel bebas 1 = X1) adalah efikasi diri dan prediktor kedua (variabel bebas 2 = X2) adalah motivasi kerja, sedangkan yang menjadi kriterium (variabel terikat) adalah kinerja. Kedua variabel bebas ini diuji secara bersamaan, sehingga dapat dilihat pengaruhnya terhadap variabel terikat, dan berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh hasil: 1). terdapat pengaruh yang sangat signifikan antara efikasi diri dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja. Hasil ini ditunjukkan dengan koefisien Freg = 35,351 ; sig < 0,010. 2). terdapat pengaruh yang sangat signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan kinerja. Hasil ini dapat dilihat dari koefisien korelasi rx1y = 0,637 ; sig < 0,000. 3). terdapat pengaruh yang sangat signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja, dimana diperoleh koefisien korelasi rx2y = 0,446 ; sig < 0,000.Dari ketiga hasil tersebut, maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of self-efficacy and work motivation on the performance of kindergarten school teachers in Medan Area District. The population in this study were 99 people who were teachers from 42 kindergartens in Medan Area District. The hypothesis proposed in this study, namely: 1). There is an effect of self-efficacy on the performance of kindergarten teachers in Medan Area District. 2). There is an influence of work motivation on the performance of kindergarten teachers in Medan Area District. 3). There is an influence of self-efficacy and work motivation on the performance of kindergarten teachers in Medan Area District. To prove that hypothesis is using Two Predictor Analysis formulas hypothesis test where the first predictor (independent variable 1 = X1) is self-efficacy and the second predictor (independent variable 2 = X2) is work motivation, while the one is criterion (dependent variable) is performance. Both of these variables are tested together, so that the effect can be seen on the dependent variable, namely quantitative data analysis in this study and the research which based on the results of the analysis obtained results: 1). there is a very significant effect between self-efficacy and work motivation on performance. This result is indicated by the Freg coefficient = 35,351; sig <0.010. 2). there is a very significant effect between self-efficacy and performance. This result can be seen from the correlation coefficient rx1y = 0.637; sig <0,000. 3). there is a very significant effect between work motivation and performance, where rx2y correlation coefficient = 0.446; sig <0,000. From these three results, it can be stated that the proposed hypothesis is declared accepted
