Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Hubungan Iklim Organisasi Dan Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja Dengan Komitmen Organisasi PadaTenaga Pendidik Sekolah Polisi Negara Kepolisian Daerah Sumatera Utara. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala psikologis, yakni skala iklim organisasi, skala kualitas kehidupan kerja dan skala komitmen organisasi, sebelum digunakan untuk penelitian ketiga skala dilakukan uji coba terhadap 41 tenaga pendidik PNS/Sipil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Ada hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara iklim organisasi dan kualitas kehidupan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi. Hasil ini ditunjukkan dengan koefisien Freg = 89,431 ; sig < 0,010. Ini menandakan bahwa semakin baik iklim organisasi dan semakin baik kualitas kehidupan kerja, maka semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi. Sebaliknya semakin buruk iklim organisasi dan semakin buruk kualitas kehidupan kerja, maka semakin rendah komitmen organisasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima. Kedua variabel dalam penelitian ini, yakni iklim organisasi dan kualitas kehidupan kerja memberikan kontribusi terhadap komitmen organisasi sebesar 71,3%. Secara terpisah, iklim organisasi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 14,5% terhadap tinggi rendahnya komitmen organisasi, sementara kualitas kehidupan kerja memberikan kontribusi sebesar 70,9% terhadap tinggi rendahnya komitmen organisasi. Berdasarkan hasil ini, diketahui bahwa masih terdapat 28,7% pengaruh dari variabel lain terhadap komitmen organisasi. This research aims to look at the relationship of Organizational Climate and the quality of working life With organizational commitment on the Educators Schools State Police North Sumatera regional police. Measuring instrument used in this research are psychological, i.e. the scale scale climate organization, work-life quality scale and scale of organizational commitment. The results showed a very significant relationship Exists between organizational climate and the quality of working life with the commitment of the organization. This result was shown by Freg coefficient = 89.431; SIG < 0.010. This indicates that the better climate of the Organization and the better quality of working life, then the higher organizational commitment. In contrast to the climate of the organization is getting worse and worse quality of working life, then the lower organizational commitment. Based on the results of this study, it can be stated that the hypothesis presented in this research were declared admissible. Both variables in this study, namely, the climate of the Organization and the quality of working life contribute to organizational commitment amounting to 71.3%. Separately, the organization contributes to a climate of 14.5% against high low organizational commitment, while the quality of working life contribute of 70.9% against high low organizational commitment. Based on these results, it is known that there is still a 28.7% of the influence of other variables against the commitment of organizations. |
