dc.description.abstract | The aims of study to identify and analyze the effect of the personal, motivation, and location factors on the performance of field agricultural instructors in Labuhanbatu Regency. This research using a quantitative approach with survey on the type of research. The sample was determined by random sampling me~ 60 people. The data collection through questionnaires and secondary data. Data were analyzed with multiple regression analysis. The results showed that partially, personal factors and location factors had a positive and significant effect on the performance of agricultural instructors, while the motivational factors had non significantly effect Simultaneously, the personal, motivational, and location factors have a positive and significantly effect on the performance of field agricultural instructors in Labuhanbatu Regency. Determination coefficient value of 0.78 indicates that the effect of personal, motivational, and location factors on changes of the performance of agricultural instructors in Labuhanbatu Regency is 78%.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh faktor personal, motivasi, dan Jokasi terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanian lapangan di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan lruantitatif, jenis penelitiannya adalah survey. Sampel ditentukan dengan metode random sampling sebanyak 60 orang. Pengumpulan data melalui k:uesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis rcgrcsi bcrganda Hasil penelitian memmjukkan bahwa secara parsial, faktor personal dan faktor lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan teThadap .kinerja penyuluh pertanian, sedangkan faktor motivasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan. Secara simultan, faktor personal, faktor motivasi, dan faktor lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanian lapangan di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Nilai koefisien detenninasi sebesar 0, 780 berarti bahwa pengaruh dari faktor personal, faktor motivasi, dan faktor lokasi terhadap perubahan kinerja penyuluh pertanian lapangan di Kabupaten Labubanbatu adalah sebesar 78%. | en_US |
