Abstract: | Telah dibuat rancangan simulasi program beserta alatnya, guna untuk pengaturan kecepatan motor berdasarkan temperatur berbasis PLC (zelio). Sistem kendali yang digunakan berupa PLC jenis mart relay dan thermostat. Rancangan simulasi ini dibuat untuk mempermudah proses pengendalian kecepatan motor induksi pada suatu unit mesin pembekuan udang di industri yang bekerja secara otomatis. Manfaat dari simulasi ini adalah sebagai sarana uji coba dalam skala kecil yang mewakili kasus yang akan diselesaikan di industri pembekuan udang. Rancangan simulasi terdiri atas dua buah komponen yaitu hardware dan software yaitu berupa rancangan program PLC (bahasa ladder) dan alat uji cobanya yang bersifat pendekatan. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah program simulasi dapat digunakans ebagai program PLCjenis smart rela yuntuk pengontrolan kecepatan motor induksi secara otomatis. Kecepatan motor yang dikontrol dapat diatur melalui pensettingan antara software dan hardware.Setelah diadakan pengujian rancangan simulasi yang diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan alat uji coba tersebut,dapat bekerja dengan baik dengan level kecepatanmotor yang diinginkan berdasarkan perubahan temperatur ruangan pembekuan. Has made the design of the instrument and its simulation program, in order to control the motor speed based on temperature and PLC (Zelio). Control systems used in the form of PLC smart relay and thermostat sensor. The design of the simulation is designed to ease the process of induction motor speed control in a freezing machine unit in the shrimp industry that works automatically. The benefits of this simulation is as a means of testing on a small scale that represents the case will be resolved in the freezing shrimp industry. The design of the simulation consists of two components : hardware and software by design of PLC program (ladder language) and tools that are the trials approach. The results obtained in this study is a simulation program can be used as a type of smart relay PLC program for induction motor speed control automatically. Controlled motor speed can be set through setting between software and hardware. Having held that the test design simulation is implemented using the test tool, can work well with the desired level of motor speed based on temperature changes in the room freezing. |
