Perencanaan Mesin Digester Untuk Pabrik Kelapa Sawit Kapasitas 10 Ton TBS/Jam

Abstract

Mesin digester merupakan salah satu mesin yang sangat pital dari sebuah Pabrik Kelapa Sawit, dengan adanya Digester proses pengolahan kelapa sawit berjalan dengan sebagaimana semestinya. Dengan demikian proses yang berjalan pada setiap mesin pada intinya saling mendukung dalam memproses suatu hasil yang terbaik. Proses berjalannya suatu Digester melalui beberapa bagian, agar mesin Digester bekerja secara maksimal antara lain untuk menghasilkan energy putaran yang dihasilkan oleh suatu motor listrik bersumber dari arus listrik PLN. Hasil yang dapat diperoleh dalam setiap jam proses berjalan adalah 10 Ton TBS/Jam, tetapi hasilnya belum maksimal berjalan. Hasil yang di produksi dari pengolahan pabrik kelapa sawit adalah berupa CPO (Crude Palm Oil) merupakan minyak mentah yang masih perlu diolah agar memperoleh minyak yang terbaik maka harus dilakukan pemurnian minyak.Di Indonesia masih sedikit sekali pabrik untuk pengolahan hasil dari CPO tersebut, kebanyakan sebagian besar hasil CPO tersebut di export keluar negeri. Jadi pada kesimpulan ini agar suatu pabrik berjalan dengan baik perlu dilakukan pemeliharaan, perawatan, dan perbaikan bila perlu. Digester machine is one of a very vital machinaries for a palm oil plant in factory. A knowledge by existing digester then the processing for palm oil shall run properly in operation. Therefore, the process by operation to each plant in essentially should support each other for gaining a qualified outcome. The process to operate a digester shall follow a several steps for the digester machine run as maximal as possible, one thing is to produce out energy in running there given by an electrical motor from electric power current by PLN. Still, the outcome shall be gained per hour in the operation perhaps 10 ton TBS, but this result is recognized not optimal. The outcome gained from the palm oil plant such as CPO (Crude Palm Oil) known a kind of crude be processed further for gaining the best oil, for the aim should be done in refinery. In Indonesia, this process machinery is still rarely to operate particularly in manufacturing another product. Fortunately, this product since long has been exported. In conclusion, for the operation run well and properly perhaps on the plant by factory done maintenance, and repairmen as required.
