Abstract: | Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian asosiatif, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara (interview), dengan daftar pertanyaan (questionnaire) dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen di DealMedan pada RodaTiga Bistro And Cafe Medan yang berjumlah 91 orang. Penarikan sampel dengan metode slovin. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah populasi relatif kecil yaitu sebanyak 91 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat PLS Smart 3 dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara parsial variabel Kualitas Pelayanan mempengaruhi Kepuasan Konsumen Pengguna DealMedan pada RodaTiga Bistro And Cafe Medan (2) secara parsial variabel harga mempengaruhi Kepuasan Konsumen Pengguna DealMedan pada RodaTiga Bistro And Cafe Medan (3) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Kualitas Pelayanan dan harga mempengaruhi Kepuasan Konsumen Pengguna DealMedan pada Cafe Roda Tiga Bistro Medan. The research method used is associative research, where the variable is measured by a Likert scale. The method of data collection is done by interview (interview), with a list of questions (questionnaire) and study documentation. The population in this study were all consumers at DealMedan at the Medan Roda Tiga Cafe, amounting to 91 people. Sampling by Slovin method. In this study the population is relatively small, which is as many as 91 people. Data processing using PLS Smart 3 device with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing of multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) partially the Service Quality variable affected the DealMedan User Consumer Satisfaction at Medan Roda Tiga Cafe (2) partially the price variable affected the DealMedan User Consumer Satisfaction at Roda Tiga Bistro Medan Cafe (3) simultaneously had an influence positive and significant between service quality variables and prices affect the satisfaction of DealMedan User Consumers at Medan Roda Tiga Cafe. |
