| dc.description.abstract | Indonesia sangat potensial sekali dimasuki oleh orang asing dengan berbagaib kepentingannya. Perihal keberadaan orang asing di Indonesia diatur di dalam berbagai perundang-undangan yang salah saiu dari padanya adalah Undang-Undang No. 9 Tahun 1992 tentang Keimigrasian dimana di dalam Pasal l ayat (6) nya diterangkan bahwa orang asing adalah orang bukan warga negara Republik Indonesia.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Indonesia is very potential to be entered by foreigners with various interests. Regarding the presence of foreigners in Indonesia, it is regulated in various laws, one of which is Law No. 9 of 1992 concerning Immigration where in Article 1 paragraph (6) it states that foreigners are people who are not citizens of the Republic of Indonesia. | en_US |
