Studi Kadar Protein Urine Pada Penderita Sindrom Nefrotik Tahun 2009 - 2011 di Balai Laboratorium Kesehatan Medan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kadar protein urine pada penderita sindrom nefrotik. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret 201 2 di Balai Laboratorium Kesehatan Medan. Bahan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data rekam medik yaitu penderita sindrom nefrotik yang memeriksakan diri ke Balai Laboratorium Kesehatan Medan Tahun 2009 - 2011. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif analitik yaitu untuk menganalisa kadar protein urin pada penderita sindrom nefrotik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh penderita sindrom nefrotik yang diambil dari data rekam medik di Balai Laboratorium Kesehatan Medan tahun 2009 - 2011 . Hasil penelitian diperoleh pada pasien sindrom nefrotik dari tahun 2009 - 2011 lebih banyak didominasi laki-laki dari pada perempuan. Pasien sindrom nefrotik didominasi usia 3 - 1 5 tahun dari pada pasien tingkat dewasa Pasien sindrom nefrotik lebih banyak berada pada tahap positif (+) dan jarang ditemukan pasien dengan positif (+++) maupun positif ( ++++ ). Disarankan bila terasa gejala edema hendaknya segera memeriksakan sedini mungkin agar terhindar dari seriusnya penyakit. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of urine protein at sufferers of nephrotic syndrome. The study was conducted in March 201 2 at the Balai Medan Health Laboratory. The material in this study uses data medical records, namely patients with nephrotic syndrome who went to the Balai Medan Health Laboratory 2009-2011. The research method was carried out in a descriptive and analytic manner, namely to analyze the urine protein levels in patients with nephrotic syndrome. The sample in this study were all patients with nephrotic syndrome taken from medical records at the Medan Health Laboratory Center for 2009 - 2011. The results of the study were that patients with nephrotic syndrome from 2009 - 2011 were mostly male than female. Patients with nephrotic syndrome are predominantly 3 - 1 5 years old than adult patients. Patients with nephrotic syndrome are more likely to be in the positive (+) stage and rarely are patients with positive (+++) or positive (++++). It is recommended that if you feel symptoms of edema, you should be checked as early as possible in order to avoid the seriousness of the disease.
