Development policies that are more concentrated in urban areas than in rural areas create gaps so that rural areas are relatively left behind compared to cities. This can be seen from the proportion of poor people in rural areas that is greater than in cities, the development of economic activity, the availability of infrastructure and socio-economic and institutional facilities, the community in rural development is slightly lower than in cities. All this shows the inequality of development between villages and cities.en_US
