Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah ada pengaruh motivasi kerja dan keadilan organisasi terhadap Organization Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) pada karyawan PT. Summit Oto Finance. Penelitian ini alat ukur mengunakan skala likert yang mengukur motivasi kerja, keadilan organisasi dan Organization Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). Pengolah data dilakukan dengan menggunakan sistem komputer dengan program spss versi 17.0. Data dikumpulkan dari 55 skala yang disebar pada karyawan tetap dengan masa kerja dua tahun atau lebih. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan motivasi kerja dan keadilan organisasi terhadap Organization Citizenship behaviour (OCB) (F hitung = 31,419 , p < 0,05). Dari penelitian ini juga diketahui bahwa motivasi kerja dan keadilan organisasi memiliki kontribusi terhadap OCB pada karyawan PT. Summit Oto Finance sebesar 54,7% dan sebesar 45,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. This study aimed to examine whether there is the influence of job motivation and organizational justice on Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT. Summit Oto Finance. This study uses a Likert scale measuring instrument that measures the motivation, organizational justice and Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Data processing by using a computer system with SPSS version 17.0. Data were collected from 55 scale distributed on permanent employees with tenure of two years or more. Based on the survey results revealed that there was a significant effect of job motivation and organizational justice to the Organization citizenship behavior (OCB) (F = 31.419, p <0.05). From this study also note that the motivation and justice organizations have contributed to the OCB on employee PT. Summit Oto Finance amounted to 54.7% and by 45.3% influenced by other factors.
