Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan ingin melihat hubungan persepsi iklim organisasi dan interaksi atasan bawahan dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada pegawai Perguruan Panca Budi Medan. Hipotesis yang diajukan ada hubungan positif antara persepsi iklim organisasi dan interaksi atasan bawahan dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada pegawai Perguruan Panca Budi Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data adalah skala persepsi iklim organisasi, interaksi atasan bawahan, dan organizational citizenship behavior. Analisa data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian 1. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi iklim organisasi dan interaksi atasan bawahan dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Hal ini ditunjukan koefisien R = 0.773 ; p < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. 2. Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara persepsi iklim organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada pegawai Perguruan Panca Budi Medan dengan hubungan sebesar 27,6%. 3. Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara antara interaksi atasan bawahan (leader member exchange) dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), dengan hubungan efektif yang didapatkan sebesar 53,7%. Total sumbangan efektif dari kedua variabel bebas (persepsi iklim organisasi dan interaksi atasan bawahan) dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) adalah sebesar 59,7%. Dari hasil ini diketahui bahwa masih terdapat 40,3% kontribusi dari faktor lain terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Diketahui bahwa subjek penelitian ini para pegawai Perguruan Panca Budi Medan, memiliki persepsi iklim organisasi yang tergolong baik dan memiliki interaksi atasan bawahan (leader member exchange) yang tergolong tinggi dan organizational citizenship behavior yang tergolong tinggi. This research is mainly focused to know the relationship of Organizational climate perception and leader member exchange with organizational citizenship behavior of staff Perguruan Panca Budi Medan. The hypothesis is the positive relation of Organizational climate perception and leader member exchange with organizational citizenship behavior of staff Perguruan Panca Budi Medan. The population with 80 peoples are involved. The techniques of taking sample is total sampling. Method of this research is organizational climate perception scale, leader member exchange scale and organizational citizenship behavior scale. In analyzing data the writer using analysis multiple regression. Result of research is: 1. There was significant relationship between organizational climate perception and leader member exchange with organizational citizenship behavior. the writer has found coefficient relationship amount R = 0.773 ; p < 0,05. Based on this research so the hypotheses that given to can be accepted. 2. The positive relation which is significant between organizational climate perception with organizational citizenship behavior of staff Perguruan Panca Budi amount 27,6%. 3. The positive relation which is significant between leader member exchange with organizational citizenship behavior of staff Perguruan Panca Budi amount 53,7%. The total of effective contribution of both dependent variables (organizational climate perception and leader member exchange) by organizational citizenship behavior is 59,7%. This result has been showing that 40,3% contribution from other factor. As knowing that the subjects of this research are the staff of Perguruan Panca Budi Medan who have organizational climate perception is good, and they are having leader member exchange which is high and as well as organizational citizenship behavior
