Abstract: Hukum Acara Perdata disebut juga Hukum Perdata Formil yaitu seperangkat peraturan yang mengatur tentang tata cara bagaimana mempertahankan hal-hal atau kepentingan yang ditentukan dalam Hukum Acara Perdata Materil atau dengan kata lain Hukum Acara Perdata bertujuan mempertahankan Hukum Perdata Materil. DI dalam Hukum Acara Perdata diatur juga upaya-upaya hukum untuk melawan keputusan hakim, seperti upaya banding atau kasasi. llmu Hukum Perdata membedakan antara upaya hukum biasa dan upaya hukum lstimewa.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Civil Procedure Law is also called Formal Civil Law, which is a set of regulations governing the procedures for how to defend matters or interests specified in the Material Civil Procedure Law or in other words, the Civil Procedure Law aims to maintain the Material Civil Law. IN the Civil Procedure Code also regulates legal measures for against a judge's decision, such as an appeal or cassation. Civil Law Science distinguish between ordinary remedies and special remedies.
