Abstract

Manajemen perusahaan telah memutuskan untuk berkonsentrasi dan memfokuskan pekerjaan pada bidang jasa konstruksi subsektor pendukung telekomunikasi khususnya pembangunan BTS (Base Transmision Station) serta jasa lainnya yang berkaitan dengan pembangunan BTS (Base Transmision Station) dimaksud. Untuk mendukung keinerja operasional, perusahaan merekrut tenaga-tenaga muda terdidik dan terampil yang telah berpengalaman dan ahli dalam bidang pembangunan BTS (Base Transmision Station). The company's management has decided to concentrate and focus on work on the construction services of the telecommunications support sub-sector, especially the construction of BTS (Base Transmission Station) and other services related to the construction of the intended BTS (Base Transmission Station). To support operational performance, the company recruits educated and skilled young workers who have experience and expertise in the construction of BTS (Base Transmission Station).
