dc.description.abstract | Pembangunan masyarakat perlu terus ditingkatkan terutama melalui pengembangan kemampuan sumber daya manusia terrnasuk penciptaan iklim yang mendorong tumbuhnya prakarsa dan swadaya masyarakat. sejalan dengan itu perlu ditingkatkan kemampuan masyarakat untuk berproduksi serta mengolah dan memasarkan hasil produksinya sekaligus rnenciptakan lapangan kerja.
