dc.description.abstract | Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor terpenting dan utama setiap organisasi, baik badan usaha pemerintah maupun swasta ataupun intansi. Setiap pimpinan yang dalam hal ini adalah instansi pemerintahan tepatnya Bagian Keuangan Pemerintah Kota Binjai mengharapkan kemampuan kerja, pencapaian prestasi maupun tingkat produktivitas yang tinggi dari masingmasing pegawai. Usaha untuk mendapatkan tenaga kerja seperti yang diharapkan di atas, terlebih dahulu seorang pimpinan harus berpegang dan mewujudkan semboyan dari penempatan tenaga ker:ja yang berbunyi the right man on the right place atau menempatkan orang yang tepat pada tempat yang tepat. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu proses mulai dari kegiatan analisis pekerjaan, penentuan sumber tenaga kerja, seleksi, sebelum tenaga kerja itu diterima dan ditempatkan sebagai karyawan di d::ilam instansi. Proses seleksi ini harus dilakukan secara objektif di samping itu pimpinan yang baik harus pula dapat membuat penilaian prestasi seobjektif mungkin. Human resource is the most important and main factor of each organizations, both government and private enterprises or institutions. Every leader in this case is a government agency to be precise Binjai City Government Finance Department expects work ability, achievements and high levels of productivity from each of them employees. Enterprises to get a workforce like that It is hoped that above, first a leader must adhere to and embody the motto of the placement of workers: ja which reads the right man on the right place or placing the right person in the right place right. Therefore we need a process starting from analysis activities employment, determination of sources of labor, selection, before the workforce is accepted and placed as employees in d :: ilam agencies.
