Abstract: This study aims to examine the relationship between Self Efficacy andPeer Friends Social Support with Self Regulated Learning on students in Potensi Utama University. Where the subject of research is a student of Potensi Utama University with a sample of 131 students. By taking samples through simple random sampling technique. Data collection is done by using Likert scale which consists of three scale that is Self Efficacy scale, Peer Friends Social Support scale and Self Regulated Learning scale. Data analysis method used is Multiple Regression Analysis. The results obtained that there is a significant positive relationship between Self Efficacy and Peer Friends Social Supportwith Self Regulated Learning students of Potensi Utama University. With the value of F = 9.511 and the value p = 0.000. Self Efficacy contributes to Self Regulated Learning of 9.3%. Peer Friends Social Supportcontributes to Self Regulated Learning of 7.3%. Self Efficacy and Peer Friends Social Supportto Self Regulated Learning as much as 12.9% this means there are still 87.1% other factors that can affect Self Regulated Learning. From these results it is expected for the Potensi Utama University Medan to improve students' skills in managing Self Efficacy to a better direction, build a conducive atmosphere that leads to peer social support, and create learning conditions that lead students to learn independently. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat hubungan antaraSelf Efficacy dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan Self Regulated Learning pada mahasiswa universitas potensi utama. Dimana yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Universitas Potensi Utama dengan sampel sebanyak 131 mahasiswa. Dengan pengambilan sampel melalui teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala Likert yang terdiri dari tiga skala yaitu skala Self Efficacy, skala Dukungan sosial teman sebaya dan skala Self Regulated Learning. Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi berganda. Diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Self Efficacy dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan Self Regulated Learning mahasiswa Universitas Potensi Utama. Dengan nilai F= 9,511 dan nilai p = 0,000. Self Efficacy memberikan kontribusi terhadap Self Regulated Learning sebesar 9,3%. Dukungan sosial teman sebaya memberikan kontribusi terhadap Self Regulated Learning sebanyak 7,3%. Self Efficacy dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya terhadap Self Regulated Learningsebanyak 12,9% hal ini berarti masih terdapat 87,1% faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi Self Regulated Learning.Dari hasil tersebut maka diharapkan untuk Pihak Universitas Potensi Utama Medan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam halmengelola Self Efficacy ke arah yang lebih baik, membangun suasana kondusif yang mengarah pada dukungan sosial teman sebaya, dan menciptakan kondisi pembelajaran yang mengarahkan mahasiswa belajar mandiri.
