dc.description | Perpindahan panas sangat penting di bidang rekayasa teknik dan aspek-aspek kehidupan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang alat uji konduktivitas termal pada pendekatan aliran panas pada keadaan tunak (steady) berdimensi satu. Penelitian ini menggunakan kawat nikelin sebagai sumber panas yang menggunakan tenaga listrik, sementara sensor temperatur yang digunakan yaitu thermocouple tipe K yang linear terhadap perubahan suhu. Tegangan listrik akan dikonversikan dari thermocouple diubah menjadi secara digital oleh konverter jenis Autonic sehingga diperoleh nilai besaran suhu oleh alat uji. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan material uji batu blok mempunyai konduktivitas 0,62774 w /moK. Selisih dari data bahan bangunan secara umum dengan konduktivitas termal 1,12 w /moK terdapat perbedaan dikarenakan bahan-bahan material pembuat batu blok dengan unsur-unsur penyusun yang berbeda | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Heat transfer is very important in the field of engineering and life aspects. Many household appliances are made using the principles of heat transfer, such as: cookware, oven, iron, car engine, exhaust, air conditioner, etc.This test aims to design a thermal conductivity test instrument on a heat flow approach in steady state (Steady) one dimension using a nickel wire as a heat source using electricity, while the temperature sensor used is a K type thermocouple that is linear to temperature changes. The electric voltage converted from the thermocouple is converted digitally by the Autonic brand converter to obtain the value of temperature by the test equipment. The test results showed the test material having conductivity 0,62774 w / moK. The difference from general building material data with 1.12 w / moKthermal conductivity is different due to materials of stone block maker with different constituent elements (different manufacturers) | en_US |
