dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai klinis RSUMethodistSusanna Wesley medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai klinis RSU Methodist Susanna Wesley Medan yang berjumlah 60 orang dan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh atau sensus. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala Likert, yang terdiri dari skala kepemimpinan transformasional, dan skala beban kerja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja, dimana nilai signifikansi (p) sebesar 0.000 < 0.05, dan koefisien R squere sebesar 0.478 yang artinya bahwa terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional sebesar 47.8% terhadap kinerja, untuk variabel beban kerja nilai signifikansi (P) 0.000 < 0.05 dan R squere sebesar 0.205 yang memiliki arti bahwa kontribusi beban kerja hanya sebesar 20.5 % terhadap kinerja. Sementara hasil penelitian secara simultan signifikansi kepemimpinan transformasional dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja dengan nilai signifikansi (P) sebesar 0.000<0.05, yang artinya bahwa terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja, dengan sumbangan determinasi sebesar 46.4 %. This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership and workload on clinical staff performance of Methodanna Susanna Wesley Field Hospital. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The population in this research is clinical clerk of Methodist Susanna Wesley Hospital Medan which amounts to 60 people and uses the technique of saturated sampling or census. Data collection methods in this study using Likert scale, which consists of transformational leadership scale, and the scale of workload, where the reliability of transformational leadership scale of 0.940, reliability of the workload scale of 0.790. Where the two scales are very reliable and worthy used as a measuring tool in this study. The results of this study indicate that there is influence of transformational leadership on performance, where the value of significance (p) of 0.000 <0.05, and coefficient R squere of 0.478 which means that there is influence transformational leadership of 47.8% on performance, for variable workload value significance (P ) 0.000 <0.05 and R squere of 0205 which means that the contribution of workload is only 20.5% on performance. While simultaneous research results of significance of transformational leadership and workload on performance with significance value (P) of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is influence of transformational leadership and workload on performance, with contribution of determination equal to 46.4% with regression equation Y = 36.695 + 0.304X1 + 0.097 X2. | en_US |
